- Peacebuilding and Governance Activities:
1- Natural resource management through community dialogue and formulate Community
Based Resolution Mechanisms (CBRMs).
2- Capacity building of the actors at localities-wide and communities on Peace Building,
Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution.
3- Conduct Peacebuilding community outreach by using community dialogue between
community leaders, youth and women, as women coffee chat. Also, usage theatre
activities, sports, film making, traditional songs & dance.
4- Peace clubs for school children.
5- Exchange for peace through sport activities.
6- Improve access to basic services and providing assets of livelihoods.
7- Consultancy for Project Cycle Management on Conflict analysis, early warning system,
conflict sensitivity, DO NO Harm, and Culture Diversity Management.
8- Peacebuilding Training workshops on: (1) Peace Building and Conflict Resolution including
negotiation, conflict mitigation, conflict management; (2) Conflict Transformation
including peaceful coexistence, reconciliation, and Management of Anger, Greif and Fear;
(3) Healing and Rebuilding our Community from Trauma; (4) Alternative to Violence
Projects (AVP(; and (5) Non-violence and Interfaith Dialogue.
9- Improve the situation of Freedom of Religions and Beliefs (FoRB) and Promote the Social
Cohesion.
10- Enhancing the political participation of women and youth in the institutions of the
transitional government and public mechanisms.
11- Countering corruption and supports transparency and accountability.
12- Increase Public Trust to Public Services Providers through open information activity,
advocacy campaigns and CSOs engagement.
2- Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) Activities:
1- Provision of agricultural inputs and services including distribute of stable crops seeds,
vegetable seeds and agricultural planting & harvesting tools.
2- Capacity Development for smallholder farmers on the usage of agricultural technologies.
3- Establish/ refresh community agricultural cooperatives and Value Chains Development.
4- Women Empowerment and Provision livelihood assets/ start-up grant on vegetable trade,
Soap Making, Perfumes Making, Tailoring, Food Processing, Handcrafts, and Festival
renting equipment.
5- Vocational training for youth on Welding, Auto-mechanic, Tractor repair & maintenance,
Tractor & pump operator, Tricycle repair & maintenance, Mobile phone repair and
maintenance, General Electricity, and Bricks Making.
6- Business training and Entrepreneurship training.
7- Village Savings & Loan Association (VSLA) and Adult Education (REFLECT approach).
8- Human Resource Development for small-scales.
9- Provision of milking goats & Provision of livestock vaccination .

2- Health & Nutrition Activities:
1- Provision of Primary Health Care (PHC) package in addition to basic laboratory
2- services, essential drugs and provide medical equipment.
3- Providing mobile PHC services for hard to reach/emergency affected communities
where health facilities are in existence or inaccessible.
4- Protection of the environment through medical waste management.
5- Conducting community health awareness sessions on prevention and mitigation of
communicable diseases.
6- Providing free quality child health services targeted PHC clinics including
Immunization (and acceleration campaigns) and Integrated Management of
Childhood Illness (IMCI).
7- Providing free maternal (absolute neutrophil count {ANC}, SBA, PNC) and
reproductive health services including distributing clean delivery Kits to pregnant.
8- Training Midwives and provide delivery tool kits.
9- Formulating and training community Health committees and Health Promoters on
health education, health & hygiene campaigns, etc..
Nutrition:
1- Provision of Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition Model
(CMAM) – Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) services to treat severe acute
malnutrition to SAM children, (outpatient therapeutic program (OTPs), and SCs)
Provide treatment for children suffering from Severe Acute Malnutrition .
2- Provision of CMAM – Moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) services to treat Moderate
acute malnutrition to (children 6-59 Months, and Pregnant, Lactating women)
3- Provision of vitamin A supplementation to children aged 6 -59 months, and iron and
foliate supplementation to pregnant women.
4- Established MSGs to provision of IYCF services to People, men and women .
5- Training of community volunteers and established community health and nutrition
committees CHNC .
6- Provision of Behavioral change communication and counseling on optimal infant and
young child feeding, hygiene and care practices to mothers/caregivers
3- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Activities:
Water Supply:
1- Construction & rehabilitation of Water Yard (WY), hand pumps, and Hafirs.
2- Provision and Installation of water supply to the schools.
3- Capacity Building of Water Yard operator on Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
and Tariff System.
4- Formulation & capacity building of community water committees.
Sanitation:
5- Facilitate construction of household’s latrines with communities using CLTS/ CATS.
6- Construction household’s latrines in emergences situation.
7- Construction & rehabilitation of public & institutional latrines.
8- Solid Waste Management.
9- Provision of sanitary tools.
Hygiene Promotion:
10- Capacity building of community hygiene promotion volunteers.
11- Training & establishment of school hygiene clubs.
12- Distribution of hygiene kits and organize of the hygiene campaigns.
- Education & Child Protection:
- Construction/ Rehabilitation/ Repair of Classrooms, provides semi-permanent of
Classrooms and Provides Temporary Learning Space (TLS). - Provide WASH facilities including hygiene promotion, latrines, hand washing facilities
and safe drinking water points. - Community campaigns on importance of education in general, children enrolment
and education of girls. - Provision of education in emergency materials including school textbooks, exercise
books, equipment’s, teaching aids and recreation materials, as well as provide seating
(desk and benches) or Plastic sheet. - Establishment of child clubs focusing on lifesaving psychosocial support, fine arts,
drama & games, peace & protection, hygiene promotion and leadership activities. - Training on Education in Emergency (EiE), child protection, Psychosocial Support
Services (PSS), teaching methods and core subjects (Mathematic, English Language,
Arabic Language). - Training on psychosocial support services, school management, school management, sustainable use of natural resources.
- Train Parent Teachers Association (PTA) on School Management.
- Support and Function of non-formal/ALP education by using REFLECT approach.
Child Protection (CP): - Raising awareness on Basic Human rights, Children rights (CRC and ACRWC) in
addition Sudanese Child Law -2010. - Training on psychosocial support, child rights, child protection, and Family Tracing &
Reunification (FTR). - Construction/Rehabilitation and operation of child friendly spaces (CFSs).
- Training on CFSs management.
- Formulation/reactivation of community-based child protection networks.
- Identifying vulnerable children and response to emergency protection needs.
- Family tracing and reunification for separated children from family.
Access to violence victims and provide to medical and psychosocial care for them
